not sure about a direct relationship but I do recall there were plans to have a YSL store in the lobby.
Thank you for the information, Do you know how branding with fashion designer works? I am interested in exploring branding with a fashion designer for a condo.

Gee, one of the reasons most developments take years and years to get city approvals and shovels on the ground
Years after the city gets an application for a development they decide to designate the site + certain buildings. which starts another long process for developers

You've always been a bit of an apologist for developers...........but this post takes the cake.

Oh woes to many to count..........save something historical you just shouldn't be touching in the first place.............accommodate cyclists.........be vaguely eco-friendly.........etc.

All this burden associated with making, if you don't screw it up a return of 12-20% on your investment.

Personally I don't really care if it even gets started . It looks cheap compared to the last two renderings . The podium on the first rendering Blends in quite nicely with the old buildings. And I don't even mind the first condo renderings with that odd punctured window look . It kind of Blends in with the new Ryerson building next door to it. And even the second rendering had some class by having a sexy slim angled building that spires into the sky with style ! Looking back YSL and even Chelsea old renderings across the street . Makes you think how nice those projects could have looked.
