This is one of the tallest buildings downtown east of Yonge, but it looks tiny against the backdrop of the financial district towers.

^^ God I wish that CF ufc cage match venue didn't appear in our skyline.
Too bad the recently-arrested folks that may be lodged here didn't have a view of the bucolic beach in the pic's foreground... start the rehabilitation process before court appearances.

The podium had looked so promising but from the moment G&C has been on this it appears they found a way to make the podium appear hostile and completely lacking in material quality. Blech.

Yeah, the stained, streaked, chipped, black precast is gross. I'm still hoping they'll stain it red or something. I can hope, right?
