Seriously, what's with this city's obsession with this dark grey stone/brick? I'm so tired of it. Let's get back to reds and browns PLEASE!

And what about glazed brick, clinker brick, terracotta panels, copper, stained glass, leaded glass, titanium, granite, limestone, brass, and/or tile mosaics? Surely, builders could have some more fun with this stuff.

All about the bottom line. A lot of those materials/treatments impact the bottom line so they're not as popular.

It feels like they're trying to give the illusion of two separate towers, but it just looks awkward.

So many of these projects seem like the condo equivalents of really bad dressers.

I love the cladding on the south and east sides. There needs to be more patterns/variation on these condo towers.
