Happy to see development at this intersection, but yikes, this is an eyesore. What an ugly mishmash of design and style.

Definitely not as modern as we used see around they need to do some major design changes

Er...there's a residential building just south-east of this that nearly is identical in style. So I don't think it will stick out like a sore thumb as we think it might.

This makes me think about the locals just the other side of Yonge who are screaming about 12 storeys at the Agricola Finnish Lutheran Church redevelopment site. Haha! Suck rocks I-live-beside-a-subway-station-but-I'd-never-ride-it types!
