The Whatnow University? Oh, thanks Wikipedia, apparently that is a real one, based in New Brunswick, with campuses in Fredericton, here, and in BC. The Toronto Film School shares some campus space with them up on Steeles in Vaughan, and at 415 Yonge, which I assume is what's moving here.

That’s the name of the University, not the location. It was founded in Yorkville, New Brunswick.

you've clearly never walked past it in person. The orange podium is more offensive than i had imagined based on the photos.

Honestly, it might be the worst podium in the city. It doesn't even have good retail spaces.

For the podium, I'm still not a fan by any measure, but I feel like it is better executed in person than in photos.
