Toronto YC Condos -- Yonge at College | 198.42m | 62s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

I don't believe there is any rock at this site. (Too Far north from the water to hit bedrock here.)

The tarps are intended to insulate and protect the caisson wall during shoring and excavation after they have been trimmed. the tarps are removed once foundation walls are formed and poured.

Note the colour pallet in the first picture in this post. Green, red brick, yellow (brick?), pinkish (marble?). Really nice selection of colours and textures there. I hope YC continues the trend on this stretch.

I was wondering the same thing. How many floors down do they have to go? It looks like 5 floors deep. Does anyone know when the major pouring of basement floor is going to happen? And how long it will take too get to ground level before they start to clime to 66 floors?
