While fully aware of some of the needless negativity on some of these threads, these precast panels gets a big yikes from me. Peter and Adelaide quality. Brutal.
This style is called Stack Bond, or at least that's what it's aping with real bricks. You don't use stack bond when the wall is load-bearing (you use standard running bond), but if it's decorative, then you can play more with your bricks. Here, where they're not even bricks, why not play a bit? In the Backyard Condos project near where I live, the brick-patterned precast was all stained after the fact, and you'd never know now, no-one walking by would ever suspect it's not real brick.The bricks don't even have a staggered design to them.
I agree with @AlbertC — there's a good chance these will still be coloured, but stained as opposed to painted.
