Nice to see more of the Parkin building saved (though it would also be nice to see some of the IBM building elements retained for the community centre).

Also forgot how close this was to the Science Centre- hopefully this along with the other projects across the street will urbanize the area and make the Science Centre less isolated.

I went there recently and it feels rather forlorn- the exhibits are all the same and there was a general lack of future plans for the facility.

The buildings between the new LRT station and the Science Centre need to be designed so that an animated pedestrian walkway results: it should be part of the fun when you're going to the Science Centre to do that walk, and it should have places to sit down and eat at after your visit.

Heights are..

152.8m, 108.5m, 96.5+ what appears to be about 6m mechanical (not labelled), 98.1m, 90.3m, 64.7m, 47.5m.

these are only for the easterly towers, the (taller) blocks to the west do not have architectural plans available for some reason.

We've got a comprehensive overview of changes to the master plan in a new front page story, with a pile more diagrams and renderings. The database, for the next while, only contains the initially submitted images, to make comparison between it and the revision easy.

Heights should transition down away from the transit station. The two high rise towers on the extreme west of the property are out of place and also a 500m walk to Don Mills and Eglinton.
