Oil canning is the buckling of panels. You see it a lot with aluminum panel cladding because there is not enough support behind the thin sheet of metal to hold its shape.

Tangentially, it’s also why I think River City’s metal panels are so nice - they used a product that has reinforcement behind so they don’t oil can. The visual difference is huge.

The glazing is nice and clean. But the metal paneling reminds me of the quality seen on Theory Condos at College & Beverley. When examined up close, it looks rather lackluster.
