This is another approved project in Kitchener, this is at the corner of Highland and Spadina where there was once an old gas station. Vive renovated the existing 6 floor apartment building at least 6 years ago and they have recently completed a 6 floor addition (Phase 2) onto the existing building on the site, in the site plan below phase 2 and 3 are separated by the landscaped courtyard. This building will be set such that it fronts Highland. It will contain 211 rental units with a mix of both 1 and 2 bedroom units. The development will also contain a retail unit fronting Spadina and there will be 8 live/work units fronting Highland within the 5 floor podium portion of the building.
