Ugh unrelated??, a hotel complex and entertainment centre + retail sure makes sense for a casino ..lol

This city is really starting to show its world class status ! It's amazing how much development is occurring transforming the city and the burbs !

This ranks as world class? The renderings scream industrial park safe & dull to me. If they want to create a destination here, they're not pulling it off architecturally, not with this submission.

I hear what's your saying this city is very thrifty when it comes to high quality structures. What I'm referring to is that there's alot of new amenities coming are way as this Alpha City grows!

The hotels and concert venue are the only nice parts. everything else is average

Strange that in one image they show the turf course inside the dirt course. It used to be that way but not in a long time.

One bit of concern for the developers is the flight paths from Pearson Airport. Ditto, for future residents.
