Needs some kind of a roof on top. Looks too much of a box like structure. It would be nice if they recess back the last few floors then maybe add some kind of modern type of rooftop to it.

Who else is a huge fan of the interior courtyard of this project? It is positively European!

Looks rather inaccessible and walled off. These are two rather large U-shaped buildings. I would prefer to see more breaks in the buildings on and above the ground.

I actually love that they haven't tried to pretend that this is anything but one enormous block-filling building. It feels monumental in a good way: an unapologetic, and very nicely designed, megastructure.

What happens in courtyards... sweet new connections between residents, non-stop "block parties"? Trampled grass and scary walks and calls for more lighting...

This is bad and a redesign should be considered. I know there are other parks down here but this is an opportunity to add something extraordinary. A site this large needs more.
This site appears to be very similar to the scale of Teardrop Park in TriBeCa in Manhattan. With four tall towers, one on each corner, a gorgeous public space is created in the centre.
We could do this here too.

The facade is nice, but it falls into the too-much-of-a-good-thing trap, and ends up looking monotonous.
They should switch it up between brick and metal facades, IMO.
