I'm looking forward to this one, both on its own merits, and also to fill in those parking lots with some urbanity. The Canary District has a few issues, but one of them is how it feels so disconnected from the rest of the city; approaching from the west, as you leave the Distillery, you just see a desert of parking and vacant lots. This development (and the first nations resource centre across the street, and the development at Mill & Cherry) will really help knit points east into the fabric of the city.
