The other side is an entire city block and basically six towers. It doesn’t really surprise me that it’s been slow.

North of this site, on the north side of Front, it looks like the (former?) Honda dealership has some demolition activity. Is this chunk of land also part of Waterfront Toronto’s bailiwick? I thought the original Block P1 plan showed something going up here (in addition to the long-term care building on the east of this block).
