Same but one can hang on to the hope that the exterior will be upgraded in 30-50 years. I waited 20 years for a nice building in that spot; what's another 50 years?

Well, they're four feet away from the Gardiner, for one. I can't understand why the developer wouldn't eliminate the balconies on this side and offer 60+ sq. feet of space inside each unit. It seems this would have been practical and profitable.

I use my balcony. And I like the idea of it too. But I think it's essential to try to use one if you have it. It's a great amenity.
