Does anyone know what is happening the portion of building that remains on the East side of the site? Specifically, does the charity that houses that space remain, or will it become condo amenities or something similar?

Eva's Phoenix will remain in place. That part of the property was severed and a limiting distance agreement was secured to allow Waterworks to go ahead within the required setbacks above.
