Very exciting development as it also provides additional community and retail/culinary space to the area. This along with the Well and King Portland Centre (+Kingly condos, hate that name tho) are game changers IMO, as they make further use of the inner fabric within the King West district. While also drawing greater connectivity and pedestrian flow between the main and side streets.
