What a difference a good developer makes. Balcony undersides are painted black to match the facade cladding for a uniform look.

Unlike King Blue by the Chinese developer Greenland (first project in Canada) left all balconies unpainted looking like it's still under construction, especially from the sidewalk cause that's all you see is the unfinished looking balcony underside

It's unusual to paint the underside of balconies in black; normally they are white to reflect more light inside the Units. The black certainly LOOKS good but I wonder if it will make the Units a bit too dark.
