I saw it in person last weekend. Not offensive and the glass is decent, but knowing what was first proposed, it's going to be hard to forget the missed opportunity — specially for an ironically named "Innovation Centre". This is as boring as it can get but it fits the previous Corus building aesthetic. Hopefully, the heavy presence of trees will make it fade into the background. It'll just be a glass building in a forest of green reflected on it. The Arbour, George Brown's all timber construction just down the road, will deservedly suck all the attention.

Love those orange halloween stripes with the mirrored glazed windows as seen in the photos up above. It goes well with this harvest season Ha Ha !

You will get some earthtones from the terracotta strip - but not nearly enough.

And with time, the periphery of all of these buildings will be covered in trees, at least as seen from the ground. This has already worked wonders on CORUS. People walking by are under the canopy of trees which covers the grey, blandness of the building itself.
