Well we're only talking about the most "innovative" building and Toronto and maybe all of Canada, so of course it's going to use the most "innovative" glass!

I still have some hope that the banality of the exterior this project will be tempered by the visibility of the interiors, lighting etc. Similar to how 16 York turned out.

Do you guys think it could be a mistake to build the western portion of this development? Would it have been better left as public space instead of abutting right against the slip and potentially tucking Sugar Beach away from Queen's Quay?
