The lines were all buried when QQW was 'done' a few years ago and the plans for QQE show they will be buried there too. I am sure these pictured (on Richardson Street) will go when something is built on east side of that block.

Is it just me, or is there an extra corner pillar on the southwest where the upper section was supposed to cantilever? Pretty disappointing if true. That corner would look so much cleaner without the pole in the way.
