The Ward's Island Association Clubhouse was built in 1937 and destroyed in a fire in March 2024. The community plans to rebuild a new clubhouse but in the meantime plans have been submitted for a temporary pavilion for community events that can also be used as a staging area for supplies & equipment during reconstruction. Plans have not yet been submitted for the new clubhouse.

This thread can be used for discussion of the new building and the site's interim uses.

Best we can do is grey spandrel, EIFS or plain precast and a Shoppers/Dentist at the ground floor.
