Hard to believe there are houses only a block east of Yonge south of Bloor. A fish out of water if there ever was one!

Just realized that this building is now occupied. Saw several people walked into the building today and lights are on at night on the lower floors. Ground level is still pretty messy though. The lobby looks long and narrow, as most of the street facing area will be taken by a single retail outlet plus garage entrance.

Have they managed to get the ground floor all finished up here now? Anyone going by here want to update us with some photos?!

The lobby looks good for what it is. Cresford to me does a good job with their lobbies. I'm hoping some good retail goes in here and improves all the way to Church and beyond.

^^^ Why the long face?
I was expecting a cafe or something that will animate the street front. But come to think of it, there was a clinic in the building that used to be on the site (not sure if it was dental), so maybe they have an agreement to move back (a la the McDonald’s across from ROM).

Edit: there was a for lease sign until recently, so there’s no such agreement. Oh well, status quo I guess.
