The thing that makes me think STC is actually the ceiling. There's a shot toward the end of the clip where you can see a recessed area surrounded by a very distinctive series of setbacks leading down to the finished ceiling.
Yeah, it appears to have the same skeleton as the contemporary STC...the ceiling looks familiar, the layout, etc. If they showed only a tiny bit more of the mall it'd be easy to i.d. for sure. Besides, what other mall could it be?
