The one thing I will enjoy about this project is that it'll create a new Eastern gateway to Bloor Street arriving across the Bloor St. Viaduct while hiding some of St. James Town, and that it's also the first steps towards repairing the urban fabric in that block.

I wonder what the status of the other proposals are?
 
I'm interested to see the forms off the end of the building get stripped. I haven't been able to get a sense of what the cantilever and those supporting columns are going to look like. The renderings made them seem like they might be a little cramped. Hoping that there's some space to let that architectural feature breathe a bit
