This is all currently retail, lowrise offices, and surface parking, and it one and a half blocks east of future Laird station on the Eglinton LRT, possibly closer depending upon where the station entrances are. It and its neighbours are bound to redevelop.

Note: for Nando's Chicken fans, there's one here, which presumably will be going away eventually. In the meantime we are just finding out about the new location at Burano.

I grew up near there. In the old days, the area east of Laird and south of Eglinton was all industrial. It is prime land for redevelopment.
