    This building will be called Uovo. Marketing starting soon. Yes, that's Italian for Egg. I wonder if we'll be seeing a redesign based on the not-so-egg-like elevations. It's still a RAW design.

    Well that's not half bad. I like the indented bits. I hope retail is broken up into small enough pieces to avoid a bank. Still don't get what this has to do with eggs.
