Eight years ... that's how old the 45 Bay street thread turned a month ago today. And there's already a rendering!

I did notice an uptick in rats on subway tracks. I could hardly remember seeing them before, but started to notice them the last few years.

A new passageway has appeared off the West end of the VIA concourse (just north of the stairs to platform 24). It's not open yet, but could this mean that we're getting close to the York concourse opening? Sorry for the poor quality photo: I took it while walking because I didn't want to get trampled by a stampede of commuters.

Here is another photo of the new corridor from the west side of the via concourse between platforms 24 and 25.

that would appear to be the new concourse. Looks about ready, as planned. Maybe we will actually see an early 2015 opening after all?
