Scrap or move the western tower and properly centre the other two on the Dome. My OCD is triggered by the positioning of the towers vis-a-vis the Dome.
I agree with scraping that western tower.

Scrap it and move the centre tower to the left, then build something unique and much shorter in the centre which actually compliments that vista and the Rogers Centre.

Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit a mixed-use development including residential, office and retail uses in four buildings (2 residential and 2 office) and open space uses over the rail corridor (Overbuild).

The two residential buildings are proposed to be 44 and 54 storeys with a total of 732 dwelling units (rental).

The two office buildings are proposed to be 48 and 58 storeys with a total of 252,386 square metres of floor area.

A common podium connecting the four buildings is proposed with 21,599 square metres of retail floor area and a daycare.

Open space is proposed (8,368 square metres) on a deck to be constructed over the rail corridor between Blue Jays Way and the Rod Robbie pedestrian bridge.

This Official Plan Amendment applies to both the mixed-use development (Four Buildings) and the open space (Overbuild). This Zoning By-law Amendment application applies only the mixed-use development (Four Buildings). There is a separate Zoning By-law Amendment for the proposed open space (Overbuild) submitted and circulated under separate cover (File 19 204382 STE 10 OZ).
