Spadina is finally starting to fill in although it will probably take 10-15 years till the street is done all the way south to Front.
 
U of T getting set to move ahead with this one.

Also of note, this project is now tied to investing in geothermal as part of reconstruction of the adjacent sports field.
 
Still pretty early according to the timeline above, but some scaffolding starting to appear on the existing buildings:

Glad they are preserving the corner house, the new building is a bit of a clunker though. At least add a little colour so it isn't totally ghastly grey.
