Painted balcony ceilings are such a small investment that add so much to the condo design.
Good god. More metal junk being passed off as art? I'm embarrassed for Toronto.
Citing a dated post, anyone has new info on this land sale? Is it sold? I've read the thread on this topic, there were some discussions on a slight possibility of rezoning for a taller building, is there any new info on this? Thanks!
Sorry to say this, honestly, this tower is one of the most disappointing on the waterfront.I love this tower and all its twisting balconies
If they did the tower like Absolute towers it would have looked like a Hobbit, your forgetting that the Absolute towers are 161.2m and 179.5m compared to the height they allowed here of 114.9mSorry to say this, honestly, this tower is one of the most disappointing on the waterfront.
It 's brand, Gray glass with absolutely NO architectural merit other than twisting ugly balcony's
It is occupying a key spot that could have used something similar to the absolute towers in Mississauga.
I would call that building "The Jenga."I love this tower and all its twisting balconies
