i drove by it today, good progress! now that the amenity floor is built they are adding floors to the north tower much faster.

They also finished the two south towers and took the cranes there down, which I assume means they have additional supplies and people to divert to finishing the north towers faster.

There is a one-level underground parking garage for residents and visitors.
There are also residential parking spaces on levels 2 through 10.

I heard a few people puttering around at ground level at Sherbourne and Esplanade this morning, but this site has been mostly completely empty since the strike started. Just a few security guards doing the rounds.
