i feel like about 4 or 5 more stories would have been good for the neighborhood but instead we're getting 24.

The neighbourhood might disagree with you - this is a massive 'complex' that is already out of scale with its neighbours.

You can see in that last photo that the second and fourth floors are quite tall, while the third is quite short. Any idea why? I think that's the building that they are trying to source a daycare operator for.

I have my doubts about this project being anything more than a bunch of soulless glass boxes and slab buildings thrown together with a rhyme and reason only known to the developers. I guess it will come down to materials and detailing. But I'm not going to hold my breath here...

That southwest tour is starting to rise quickly. I'm about to lose my view of Sherbourne Common, followed by the bit of lake between Monde and GBC, then Ward's Island, and finally the Skylon tower.
