I would guess approx 2 years given there are 49 levels plus a mech to go and the first few changing floorplates and the mech take longer.

Around 2 years in total sounds about right. Based on the renderings, the first 2-3 levels form a shared podium which always takes longer to establish. So I'd reckon that portion itself to take at least a month or two. And then the first setback section on each tower which should start to streamline the processes a bit more. Many projects typically average around a floor or so per week in terms of concrete formation. Although, of course gotta factor in potential slow downs for the upcoming winter period.

How far apart are theses buildings from each other ? The Peter St building should of implemented all the elevator shafts and non important rooms on the east side of this building. Ha Ha ! !
