A good read. Thanks. Was/am in awe of the cover photo kicking off the article.
Was intrigued about the Priestly Demolition Inc. reality show. Found out it's called "Salvage Kings" on the History Channel and it's still filming new episodes.

If you want a more comprehensive idea of the changes, the updated architectural docs that correspond with the new renders are available in the AIC!
Most notable that the massing is mostly unchanged, but the heights have been moved around. Spandrel reliance seems fairly low in this version which is promising.

New rendering updated. The total storey count changed from 31 and 23 storeys to 33, 32, and 12 storeys. Height change from 102.80 m & 86.85m to 113.11m, 110.40m, 41.85m. The total unit count changed from 920 units to 1054 units. The total parking count changed from 410 parking to 418 parking.
