At least three crews in at The Well. One crew in the north-west corner residential building (Building C), one crew in at the south-west corner residential building (Building D), and one crew in at the south-central residential building (Building E). The external construction elevators have been in action all morning for the three buildings, with signs of workers active within the floors.

i do believe thats referring to the small area in wellington market for like a couple hundred seats of live entertainment

Bologna. There isn't a Mcdonalds, Subway or Chipotle in sight.

These brands are higher quality IMO.

That looks like Tobi Lutke's signature hat on the banner (screen?) on the right, so I'm going to guess this is one of the spaces that was intended for Shopify.

my first thought is shopify too, that skylight atrium looks like one of the podium office tenants and they have (had?) almost 6 floors on the podium of building f and g

the event space looks to be 2 floors as well

Also, 350k sq ft of 'residential use'? I suppose the residents will use the mall, so technically they're not wrong
