I don't see it being watered down, I feel all the details are the same as the design.
The only thing I was surprised is the aqua green colour, it does not look like the grey/silver cladding as shown in the rendering

Does anyone think that the tower part of this office building's green glass facade looks a little darker than the Podium glass? If so that the building is going to look solid and richer from a distance in my opinion ! Just like the CIBC and LCBO buildings now going up !

Yes it is different than the podium. I personally think that the glass they are using on CIBC square and the one on the well tower look very similar on sunny days. LCBO glass is a whole different breed(excellent glass). That green glass is decent, would have been great if they had used the LCBO glass.

Thanks @Red Mars I love the usage of red brick here to blend with the existing old Stantec building and neighbourhood heritage. I almost forgot the brick is being used in those Retail market components.

Nice to see them using a common or American stack bond pattern for the bricks! It's on literally every old Toronto building so that's a fun little detail.
