So far I know the tenants are: Shopify, Index Exchange from here: https://renx.ca/allied-riocan-announce-office-tenants-the-well/\
And now Regus, plus we know the no Movie theatres here, only office and large retail and European style food market

I'm excited! as a average joe living in this neighbourhood

But makes the insanity build here seem more insane. My simple brain just can't process how this mayhem will be sorted into the new destination promised... but bigger brains are clearly at work.

Kudos to the construction managers... I'll be serving Big Macs and will slip some freebees to your teams.
