More hoarding taken down on Wellington to make way for the new sidewalk in the works from both ends of the project.

The double stacked office trailers have been removed from the Wellington Cat Promenade.

I'm a fan of this project however one thing irks me, and that is the cross bracing on the northside isn't as pleasing as it is on the Southside of this building. A stellar project however it has that flaw. It just looks sloppy from the north. My two ¢.

Is there any real reason why it's not fully enclosed? Like, why leave those little gaps on either side? If it rains or snows at all, there will still be some coming through those gaps.

Either way though, it does look stunning

It was always envisioned to just be a cover. Enclosing it means that not only is it a far more complicated and complex building with different HVAC requirements, it also makes all of that 'exterior' space interior GFA. There were other things too, but it was never contemplated as an interior mall.
