The unit count changed from 9 to 16 units and finally, the total parking changed from 0 parking to 35 parking.

Dividing this up into more units makes sense, as I didn't expect the previous format to be picking up much momentum. I still wish them good luck on trying to get this off the ground though.

I clicked on this expecting @AlbertC to be showing us the 'development site for sale' graphics............interesting that thus far, this one is staying w/Zinc. Not sure for how much longer though.
