The proposed development includes 2 mixed-used apartment buildings in proximity to Rossland Road West and 1 residential-only apartment building on the north-west portion of the subject land, with heights between 8 and 11 storeys and an approximate density of 333 units per net hectare. The proposed development would include 474 apartment dwelling units and 1,365 square metres of at-grade commercial floorspace. The buildings are intended to also include private amenity space and uses for the residents. The anticipated mix of units is intended to be 70% one-bedroom (some with an additional den), and 30% two bedroom (some with an additional den). The total parking proposed for the subject land is 539 spaces with 13 accessible spaces.
