I heard the orientation meeting is today for The Beverley buildings. Would anyone mind sharing their delay timelines and occupancy dates up until now? Hoping to compare it against Boulevard at the Thornhill buildings. Thanks!!

We have been notified firm occupancy date as end of April 2024 for Beverley condo.

What was the final tentative occupancy date before they mentioned the firm occupancy date of End of April 2024?

For instance, our unit in the Boulevard condo had:
  • initial occupancy date of November 2023
  • a final tentative occupancy date of April 9th 2024
  • no firm occupancy date yet.
Just wondering what kind of delay the Beverley received, if any!

Initially it was Dec 2023.
Then final tentative occupancy date was Feb 21, 2024
Lastly, firm occupancy date was oaanounced to be April 22, 2024.
