It's in his post, this is an application to the city that has been published as is. It'll probably be a few days at least, if not a lot more, before we get anymore info, renderings etc.

The proposal has been revised quite a bit. From the Cover Letter on the Dev App site:

The revised scheme proposes one mixed-use building with heights that respond to the context. In this regard, the mixed-use building is comprised of a 6-storey mid-rise component along Symington Avenue that steps up to 9 storeys and connects to a 24-storey tower element. The tower element incorporates grade-related townhouse units at the base that front onto the proposed new public park.

The renders don't match this description, are they based on the old proposal?

AKA, today! The proposal has been scaled down compared to what's shown above, with just a 6-storey building on Symington now so as to not overpower the homes to the north of it, but climbing at the back to 24 storeys. There is also a new park planned 'round the back.

I'm rather confused by the Architectural Plans.. the renders show two towers but the plans show a single tower and attached midrise.. they don't match.

Clearly - it's just odd that they would include them in the same package in a submission.

Yup, lazy—and less expensive. Maybe they're not willing to pay for new ones until massing is settled and it's ready for the market.
