I hope they'll find a tenant for that gorgeous art deco building next door soon. If it has to be redeveloped, get Robert Stern to design a sympathetic tower behind the facade (I can dream, can't I?).

They certainly aren't breaking any speed records on this one.
Granted there was a strike there for a bit; but they were doing 1st floor forming back in May and only now moving on to the second storey.
