I didn't see this one already posted for some reason, although I could have missed it as it's been kicking around for some time.

Located at 804-816 King Street West in the Westdale neighbourhood of Hamilton, at the corner of King and Paradise. Currently a parking lot and one storey building (empty). This development is now under Yoke Group but was previously Urban Solutions. Originally proposed as student housing (31 dwelling units and 122 bedrooms), it went through a series of design changes. Lintack was the architect. A partial development history (2018-2021) and all of the associated documents are on Urban Solutions website.

Under Yoke Group, it's now mixed use commercial residential with 68 units, 88 bedrooms in a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units. On March 18, 2025, the project was approved to change to a traditional apartment building and elimination of the basement level of the building. Parking is now provided at grade, with 19 car spaces. The site is currently empty. The building was previously a gym that closed recently. Yoke listed this project as coming soon in May, 2025.

True, but positive activity! Although pinching a busy sidewalk and 2 bike lanes into a single narrow lane is tight.
Yeah not ideal as it's a bidirectional bike lane. They are somewhat constrained so I'm unsure what else they could have done.
