This building is sooo nice. May the team that built this be enabled to do more work like this across the city!! Also really nice to see those trees preserved along Sudbury so close to the new building. It really makes it feel already integrated and it breaks my heart when developments tear down established trees.

Being aesthetically pleasing aside, the density and retail at grade here will also help further facilitate pedestrian flow along Dovercourt and Sudbury. There's a decent pocket of local population here from all the accumulated condos in the area north of the tracks, and the streetscape is coming together quite congruently for the most part. Now if only there was progress on the 99 Sudbury site which remains sitting boarded up and vacant.

This one is great and love the modern take on wrought iron balconies. I've limited my time smoking my skyscraper crack pipe and caught up on the scores of midrises underway... we're being blessed with many great new additions.
