And by that it’s the only competent building they have done.

This is easily one of the most handsome residential towers going up in the city right now, but it would kill some people to acknowledge that.

Maybe it's more the developer in this case willing to shell out for a better design? I'm sure most major arch firms could design a nice building if given the funding. Or is this blasphemy when we're talking about Grim & Crap?

The point being that having been given a reasonable budget for the exterior, Graziani + Corazza have risen to the challenge. That said, architectural drawings of the podium indicate that we are likely getting spandrelacious crap down at ground level.
