The steel plant in Hamilton has gone bankrupt and changed hands a few times, I wouldn't be basing my steel investments on one single building.
Seems like a lot... but it's not.

there's a couple in Hamilton (Stelco & Dofasco). Stelco no longer produces the steel at that location but it provides some finishing to it so it's still very active.

That looks like a logistical nightmare to put it there. Like, if I was trying to come up with a maximally inconvenient location, that's pretty much what I'd go with.
