This evening. I believe that the natural gas connections to the building are being worked on now. Conduits are being installed on the east side of Balmuto and the along the north side of the north lane way to the One.

Does anyone know if that little, red, old building right in front of The One (on Yonge) belongs to the city - or is it privately owned? I'm unaware of the story about it but would love to know.
