It looks to me like they’re prepping to put down the rebar on the remaining forms that surround the perimeter of the central slab. They’ve moved away the equipment and other material, and there seems to me more rebar staged in those areas.

Judging by the other pics and comments, I was under the impression there was a few days where literally nobody was there and nothing was going on, but maybe I'm mistaken. You're the one that provides all the pics and updates so you would know best.
